The IELTS testing process has the highest quality control procedures and the IELTS Examiners and markers follow strict assessment guidelines and are regularly monitored. However, if a candidate is unhappy with their Test Report results, they can apply for a re-mark - Enquiry on Results (EOR).

Candidates must apply no later than six weeks after the test date to request a remark. Candidates can choose which of the test components are to be re-marked.

The fee is fully refundable ONLY if a bandscore on any component increases after re-marking. No refund will be given if the band score remains unchanged after re-marking.

To apply for an EOR, candidates must submit the following to the QUT IELTS Test Centre:

• Enquiry on Results (EOR) form
• Proof of payment of the EOR fee through QUTPay. For further information on fees and how to pay, click here.
• ORIGINAL Test Report Form (TRF)

The Enquiry on Results process can take up to six to eight weeks to be remarked as this is done external to the centre.
