QUT IELTS Test accepts the following payment methods:
QUTPay (How to pay via QUTPay). Please email the QUT IELTS test centre at ielts.enquiries@qut.edu.au to advise you have paid if you pay through QUTPay. Candidates may need to register as a Guest if not part of the QUT network.

Fees for an IELTS test
Before paying any fees, we recommend that you check test day availability on this website and read the detailed information. Payment of the fee does not guarantee a test place. The centre advises that all candidates should apply in person to ensure the candidate knows where the test centre is situated.
Refund of test fee due to a personal or medical matter (must meet refund/transfer policy). This fee is deducted from your test fee at the time of refund and is subject to approval.

Transfer of test date (prior to five week deadline ONLY). This fee is paid through QUTPAY or at the QUT IELTS test centre. Please note that within five weeks a transfer can only be made with serious cause and is subject to approval.

Refund of test fee due to cancellation (prior to the five week deadline). This fee is deducted from your test fee at the time of refund. Refund is subject to approval. Please note that within five weeks a transfer can only be made with a serious cause and is subject to approval.
